history not working after update

Vehicle history is not letting me back into diag. It will save the vehicle but will not load software. Was fine before system update. Problem. Only tried on a few gm trucks. Anyone else having problems? -

Due to upgrading, the history saved from the previous version will not be applicable with the new version. Please get into GM software to do diagnostics and save the history again. Sorry for the inconvenience. -

ok so today 1 tried a 07 gmc sierra and history would not reload. Screen went blank then went back to history page. I tried a 02 honda crv history reloaded car fine. I tried a 04 pontiac vibe history loaded gm but started at the beginning it wanted me to reenter vin. I suggest other techs check what else is not working in history. -

Hi I had this problem.
Had to do a full reinstall of software to fix problem.
